Once it is finished downloading. Install it using this method.
1) got and seeded torrent.
2) renamed etup.bat to Setup.bat
3) Clicked install
4) pressed any key like it said,
5) wait for it to finish,
6) make a folder called Rockstar Games in my program files.
7) copy all the installed data and stuff that was in the torrent, except the install file to the rockstar games folder
8) now it all works perfectly

What you need to play GTA San Andreas Multiplayer:
1. You need to have a GTA San Andreas Game Installed
on your computer (it must be version 1, if your gta is updated you can
just downgrade.
2. Now once you have your Gta San Andreas installed in your computer, Go to this Link and choose any mirror to Download it:

and read the instructions. Once the download is finish install SAMP in
your GTA SAN ANDREAS FOLDER.. Wait for it to finish and you will see a
"Girl having her tongue out" icon
3. After gta-samp is installed, open your samp icon and copy the Server IP:Port which is 174.138.169.93:7783 and click add server
(Orange check mark on the launcher) then paste it there.
4. Then Click Connect button to start playing.
Note:
Kung interesado kayo maglaro nito PM ninyo ako ingame Lurker_Gates or kay Dazzle_Stavros: Then sabihin nyo na "Pinoy Symbianizer ka" para ma bigyan ka namin ng freebies.
4 Gang slots are up for grabs.

Just a quick tip: Dapat yung format
ng name niyo ay nag sisimula sa Capital letter for example:
Manny_Pacquiao (take note may underscore(_) so parang Firstname_Lastname
Another tip: Para maka proceed kau
sa Male and Female question. Press "T" (without quotation) then type
Male kung gusto nyo male and female kung babae.
