We are aware that some are having xtrap issues encountered upon client loading/launching.

Please report it to us by filling this up:

1. Screenshot of the Error Message.
2. Cafe or home
3. Windows OS version
4. Anti-virus program
5. Any other suspected program info
6. Screenshot of your Processes (Ctrl-Alt-Del > Start Tasks Manager > Processes)


*The Xtrap error code means the PC has hack tool or any similar tool and possible cause of Anti-Virus.
